Course Aim:

The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude of the participants to enable them to provide On-The-Job-Training Technical Support instruction.

Course Duration:

1 Month self-study followed by 1-week residential phase

Demonstrate a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the importance of good OJT in Technical Support.

Techniques of One-to-One Training, Briefing Techniques. Learning Process, Teaching Techniques, Human Behaviour in Technical Support Training, Monitoring Trainees and Correcting Errors, Distance Learning Material, One-to-One Lecturing, Practical Instruction.
