TRAIN-THE-TRAINER COURSE

Course Aim:

To develop the knowledge, skills and attitude to conduct targeted training and development using given methodologies, including group training, group facilitation and presentations according to the Unit Standard 117870: “Conduct targeted training and development using given methodologies”.

Course Duration:

2 Weeks.

Entry Requirements:

Competence in the learning area in which they will provide training.Computer literacy

Language:

The course will be conducted in the English language.

Methodology:

The training methods employed will consist of distance learning methodologies, classroom lectures and practical exercises.
