QMS Internal Auditors

This course aims to provide participants with knowledge, skills and attitude to conduct QMS internal audit according to ISO19011, ISO9001:2015 and a quality manual.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

After successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• identify requirements for the establishment of an aviation training organization;
• evaluate the level of compliance of a training organization with ICAO provisions; and
• develop an action plan to ensure compliance of a training organization with relevant international requirements.

TARGET POPULATION

The primary target population is the newly recruited QMS Internal Auditors who are interested in joining the QMS Internal Audit team.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Profiency in use of the English language, both written and spoken
• Exposure to the aviation environment

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• One instructor, who is a Senior or Lead QMS Internal Auditor
• Airconditioned / suitable classroom will all teaching aids including whiteboards, flipcharts, Multimedia for PowerPoint Facility, etc.
• QMS Internal Audit checklists and relevant Job Aids
